Madina origin, recorded lot by lot
Our Ajwa is grown in Madina (Madinah), Saudi Arabia. Each incoming lot, receiving date and processing trail is documented in our traceability records. We avoid blanket claims about a grove, farmer or harvest unless supporting documentation is available.

Ajwa Al Saudi® — the grading system
The standard is practical. It does not promise a permanently available “jumbo” tier or publish internal grade codes as consumer certifications. It applies the same decision gate to every Markstor Ajwa Al Saudi® pack: identify the lot, sort for the pack, clean and inspect, retain the processing trail, and attach test evidence only where it exists.
