Batch Testing & Lab Reports
Markstor frequently tests Ajwa samples at NABL-accredited laboratories. Each report belongs to the sample and date shown on that report; it must not be read as a permanent certificate for every batch. The links below are retained as examples of the testing evidence we use.
1. Example nutritional report
The linked nutritional report records measured values for the submitted Ajwa sample. Those results describe that sample only. For current pack declarations, use the nutrition panel printed on the pack.
Fruit is an agricultural product and measured values can vary by crop, lot and laboratory method.
2. Microbiological testing
Selected Ajwa samples are tested for key microbiological parameters such as yeast and mould, E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus. A report confirms the submitted sample; it does not automatically certify every past or future lot.

How to read a report
Check the sample description, report number, test date and result table. If you are buying a B2B lot and need current evidence, ask for the documents that apply to that lot rather than relying on an older public report.
